Student Calendar and Course Troubleshooting
Finding meeting dates:
For the most current dates or cancellations of student meetings and webinars, please refer to the EBI Student Google Calendar. Click here to view the calendar. If you are unable to view the EBI Student Calendar in your Google calendar choices, please contact ivy@earthbasedinstitute.org.
Troubleshooting:
If you are unable to get into a course from a link below, 1.) you might not be logged in to the Learning Center (please double check), or 2.)you might not be registered for the course. Please contact ivy@earthbasedinstitute.org to troubleshoot.
RSVP Links
Please RSVP for meetings you plan to attend. RSVP at the Scheduling page. You can also access the zoom link on this page and also to go directly into a webinar.
Sessions are canceled when RSVPs are low or none. We request that you cancel within 24 hours if at all possible. If you plan on attending and don’t RSVP, the meeting could be canceled without you knowing about it. Last-minute emergency cancellations can be sent via email or text to the instructor/mentor hosting the event, or email ivy@earthbasedinstitute.org.
Foundations Students: RSVP and Meeting Links
As a part of the Foundations, there are a series of Orientation webinars and a series of Integration webinars. These dates are listed for each cohort in the EBI Student Google Calendar and on the home page of your Foundations course.
To RSVP for the webinars, please click here for the Scheduling page.
These webinars are always recorded and made available in the Foundations course. Please go to your “My Courses” tab to find your Foundations course and navigate the course menu to access the recorded webinars.
Toolbox Business Mentoring-
RSVP for upcoming session
Webinars are held:
Every other Wednesday at 3pm MT
Every other Thursday at 11am MT
* Please note these dates subject to change or run a little off of the every other week pattern due to the Intensive teaching schedule.
Toolbox Integration webinars are hosted by a mentor for each module covered during an Intensive.
RSVP for upcoming webinar
To maximize the conversation and learning, these webinars are generally scheduled on Wednesdays at 6pm MT during the week you are composing your posts in the Learning Center for any given Intensive.

Practice Sessions are held once a month on:
Sunday, 4-6pm MT
Thursday, 6-8pm MT
IN-PERSON Dates and locations: All practice sessions will be online through April 2021.
What is ICF Mentor Coaching and how does it work?
To begin ICF Mentor Coaching, please RSVP here and fill out the form to let Michael know what topic you would like to discuss in the meeting. If this is your first time attending, please make a note of this on your form.
Click here to go to the ICF Core Competencies Video and Discussion course in the Learning Center. This course includes video discussions with Michael and the NCC Mentors to deeply explore the elements behind the Core Competencies. These videos are optional and an extra resource for you. Watch at your convenience and feel free to add to the Discussion forum.
