Nature-Connected Leadership – Level 2 – Fall 2022

Hi there!

Welcome to Level 2 of Nature Connected Leadership. In this second installment, you will continue your soul-directed journey from Level 1 while also creating a powerful focus on bringing your leadership gifts to the world. Over these next 7 weeks, you will learn new tools of walking with your vision and integrating your nature-connected practices, which you learned in Level 1, so that you create a sense of clarity about how you will make a difference in the world. We are excited to have you here and can’t wait to see the fantastic things you will do!

Objectives

• Discover where the need is for your leadership in your world and identify a focus point for the next level.
• Bring your vision into focus so that you can take action steps towards it.
• Create a plan of action for how you will integrate your nature-connected practices into your everyday life.
• Through assessment of yourself and your environment, create a clear vision for how and why you will rise to meet that need.
• Generate clarity and a solid working plan for taking steps forward (most people never do this!).
• Create supportive connections and strengthen the community. 
• Find your commitment and create a statement and promise to be committed to your leadership journey.

What You Will Need

• An open mind, a willingness to learn and change, and a dedication to the process.
• A laptop, tablet, or phone with an internet connection.
• Access to Google Group.
• Close access to nature.

Logistics

This class will be held online via Zoom every Thursday at 4:30 pm MST. You will need to have a device with internet access in order to participate. The course will run for seven weeks, with a 2 hour-long class each week. There will be homework assigned after each class, which is designed to help you integrate the material into your daily life.
