Sensory awareness is such a simple way for me to connect with my body and get out of my head. It also brings me to the present moment, slows me down and helps me connect with my surroundings. I am noticing that it has become harder for me to slow down and meditate in the mornings than mid-day or in the evening.
Doing parts work is something I look forward to exploring more. What I like most about it right now, is that while I am discovering more about myself and my different parts I am also able to hold those perspectives more loosely and feel more of a collective connection. The attachment to the parts lessons just by having more awareness and observing them.
