My next step is to really take in these lessons and apply to myself, my practice, and to my family. I was not sure what to expect when registering for this course but my eyes have opened a little bit more on HOW to begin living a soul directed life. The tools are something I will have forever to open a state of consciousness and listen to the space. I have created a little corner with plants for a morning meditation sit spot. I truly loved this whole program an took full advantage of the weekly coaching in which I was paied with a perfect match.

Looking forward to the next online course in using nature leadership in my own life. It means a great deal that I can play catch up with videos. I wish I could have attended in the group more but I was called into work and the last one the meditation sucked me in after a long day I fell asleep. Thank you everyone for stories, comments and creating such great space.

    -Blessings

Today, what do you know about your Vision? How do you know this, and what is calling you forward?
I must say that the coaching through this program has created such a clear view of things in my mind that I have been manifesting and now putting into action. We met once a week with goals in my own side busines and digging deep into the soul. I have recognized the clutter in my mind that was unnecessary by the simple action of a sit spot, 5 sence awareness meditation on the elements that I work with and I look at things a little differently every time I set foot in the woods now. Everytime I try to find some part time work unrelated to my goals I get turned down and my business gets a tiny bit stronger somehow. I think the universe is saying rather loudly to stick with my heart and its goals to benefit others.

Sit Spot routine – Sensory Awareness and Programming
This was a great exercise and I am really looking forward to using this for a children’s workshop and playing with it to grab their attention.
Daily Parts Mandala. I worked on this exercise with my coach last week. to be honest it was more difficult than I thought. I have been spending so much time researching and working on helping others that I sometimes forget to turn inward to scan who I am. this is a helpful exercise and my coach interviewed my part as a healer and the conflict that it had with another part of myself. made me realize that I there should never be a conflict with two parts. a part should always re direct to the soul.

Practice, a few times, tuning into another person’s council when interacting with them. I have tried this a couple time with a few of my close clients. the only thing I felt was becoming a bit more intuitive of what they needed during their session.

After a few days of programming, I am noticing that I am starting to use all 5 senses when in nature better than ever before. I have been working with my coaching guide every Friday and we have come up with a plan to ground “ME” and explore the 5 elements with 5 senses. Earth Air, Water, Fire, Ether and Earth. This week I am working on Air and Water and meditating at my sit spot and tapping in to sound, touch, taste, sight, and smell. this has been an Extremely powerful exercise during my polarity study and tying this course in together. Tapping into that present moment thing every day.
We are also working on Parts work and interviewing a few questions when the work comes up. I have my list and playing with a few questions.

Unfortunately I will miss you all tonight due to a swap in my work shift. I will be watching tomorrow morning.

Have been in transformation for three years now. I accepted loosing my job in a field I was in for 15 years after my son and never looking back (retouching and color developments for package design). Took a huge hit financially and mentally not knowing where I was going with my career or how I was going to afford things. I strongly feel as though I have been put here to help others help themselves so I trusted that the universe would support me in my blueprint.

3 years of practice, research and endless training my unique practice emerged. I feel as though right now I am in alignment with my vision but so much more room to grow. My Holistic Massage practice involves manual muscular/fascia manipulation as well as healing on an energetic level with polarity and connecting with flower essences. I grow 75% of the herbs that I put in my topical salves for my clients.

This Connecting to Nature course is so important to keep myself grounded and connected when I feel overwhelmed with all the things life throws at you. Alignment is a forever working progress. Hope My Sit spot can make me question my beliefs, behaviors, and attitudes to shift or be developed to become more aligned to Vision. Make these things a bit more clear.

Today My 3 year old started preschool for 2.5 hours Monday through Friday. This is the only “ME” time that I get. If I am not with him I am working or helping my Father who is ill. My plan of action is to use AT LEAST a half hour to fully engage in my sit spot to connect. Looking forward to what is about to happen with this. Super exciting.

    Kelly nailed it. Beautiful words.
Jaclyn I was in the same situation after I had my son 3 years ago. I lost my job because the company shut down and I was not going to ever get a new job with a baby. I was not where I was supposed to be and the universe somehow shifted me where I was truly meant to be.
Spent 15 years chained to a desk in Design agencies as an image editor and color development for package design. I got to the point I was working 40-50 hours a week to make trash look pretty. Any “ME” time was spent at conservation sanctuaries and volunteering in wellness. After I had my son I became a part time holistic massage therapist at a muscular center. Worked nights and weekends to stay home with my son, take online classes to redirect my career. This year I started a healing arts business on my fathers land in the white mountains where I grow topical medicin, hand crafted salves and run small workshops. I feel at this moment I am finally feeling soul directed throw the power of being nature connected. I thank my son every day for being my teacher.
