Hey NCC Alumni!
You may have already heard, we’ve started a new, free NCC Alumni Community space over on Mighty Networks! Come join us there – it is an intuitive, user-friendly app or website where you can easily plug into the EBI community. You’ve been emailed an invite link, but I thought I’d drop it in here as well:

Hi everyone!
I’m Sara – I was part of Cohort 23. While I will have some Program Coordinator responsibilities over the weekend (mainly, helping make sure Zoom runs smoothly for us all!), I’m also really looking forward to participating in the weekend’s workshops as an Alumni.
I’m still selective of who I share my Vision with as I journey towards a more robust embodiment of who and how I want to be in the world, and as such, I’m incredibly grateful for the community here at EBI where I always feel safe being seen. And that is what most excites me about this upcoming weekend: being in community with other folks committed to, and transformed by, this work!
My intention for this weekend is to really re-anchor into my Vision after a year largely focused on caretaking family, and get clear on my next steps in developing my coaching practice in both the online space as well as in-person.
I’d love to hear from others what you’re excited about and what intention you’re bringing into the weekend!

Hello, everyone –
I’m curious, have you carved out time to take these powerful questions to the land? What is the profile of self you’d like to be creating? How will the benefits ripple out into your community? What are you moving towards?
As Michael reflected, this can be very personal. Whether you’d like to share your vision in this discussion forum or not, I do encourage you to celebrate yourself here once you’ve made time for this important work! Whether you took this to a sit spot, did some journaling in your living room, or went for a walk outside – simply the act of making space for these reflections, for yourself, for your vision, is huge. These forums can serve as a source of accountability and inspiration, so take a moment to acknowledge yourself!
Personally, I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on the ripple effect of deepening my own relationship with nature. Part of my vision is living in community with nature. Inspiring a society that recognizes ourselves as part of the earth, rather than a separate entity from her. And, I know it starts by building that personal relationship with the natural world. By living out what that means, I begin to embody a leadership role that models this for others and begins to ripple out into my community.
I look forward to celebrating each of you!

Hi Ruth,
I just ready your post – thank you for sharing. I’ve been reflecting a lot on reciprocity with the earth lately, and so to read what you wrote after writing a bit about this myself this morning, I feel so affirmed and grateful to be in community with you and others here! “I feel that the only way we can restore balance and harmony to Earth is when we finally, once again, know that it is us and we are it and we fall in love with it again. We protect and care for what we love and have a personal connection to. If we don’t establish deep reciprocal relationship with Nature, how will we go on?” YES. This. is. key.
