Although, after a while, I was able to get better at the open vision by just relaxing. I noticed that when a breeze came by and branches or grasses started dancing in the wind, that is when my eye would&hellip;</p>

I noticed that I felt less involved in being &#8220;me&#8221; during it, and I felt my awareness shift from my thoughts to the outer world. I also found that after the exercise i felt much more calm, and I felt a strong gratitude for the land that I was on. </p>
