It was interesting to really take in the periphery and what is on the edge of my vision.  I liken this to soft gaze with meditation.  I did find that it really helped me to be more present and aware and less focused in on one spot.  I really liked using this when talking with a friend. It shifted my awareness.  I&hellip;</p>

I like the progression of listening to sounds in a certain direction &#8211; and then doing the 3 D sounds!  It really helped me to think of a mental map of the sounds.  I felt this slowed me down.</p>
