I love this deep awareness. When I go into nature I am much more conscious of baseline how my energy is affecting it. At work as well, I sense the changes in baseline. Even in myself! I never thought about my own baseline before. This is life changing for me. I experience the every day in a new way and feel much more alive!

I liked that you talked about tunnel vision. I can see this practice have many benefits! I struggled a bit to do this it took a lot of concentration. I will continue to practice it.

I loved tuning in one direction at a time, including above and below. It takes much more concentration to do this with eyes open.
